Sleeping Beauties
Dec. 21st, 2007 07:04 pmI woke up at 4 this morning, flew to Baltimore and back and really didn't make much in the way of money.
I'm exhausted, one of our customers was met by police when the plane landed in JFK because she purposefully and aggressively pushed a flight attendant (big time no no) and then we got stuck in the plane with the passengers (who were on their way to Lagos, Nigeria and are a fiesty bunch at the best of times) whilst we waited for the other crew. which wasn't supposed to happen. Oh, the Captain apparently thought his name was Captain Kangaroo and practically bounced the plane down the runway when he landed in JFK. I can still feel my teeth rattling.
It was... not fun.
In honor of my not so fun flight I've dug through the depths of my flickr photostream and found evidence of better times.
God bless the United States Marine Corp... or as I like to call them: the Sleeping Beauties *g*
