With all that's going on in Kyrgyzstan lately, I thought I'd post a photo from the last time I was there (last month). It was just a turn out of Bucharest and we didn't leave the plane, but I did get a few good shots of the troops loading up.

Oh same here, definitely. I try not to think about it because so many soldiers come and go. I'd drive myself mad if I worried, so I make myself believe that every solider I've ever transported has gone home to their family. Maybe a bit simple... but I want it to be that way.

I don't blame you. I think that would be how I would imagine things also.
