Back to the grindstone
Sep. 22nd, 2008 08:38 amAfter two weeks of vacation I go back to work today. I am not ready.
The destination is Dublin, Ireland. Normally, I'd be thrilled with this as I've been to Dublin before and really enjoyed the city. Sadly, (or not so sadly for my paycheck) it's a ferry flight back to the states so the layover in Dublin is going to be all of 8 hours.
On the up side, we're not in an airport hotel so I may just skip sleeping until we're back on the plane.
It's such an easy flight, leave at 1 in the afternoon from JFK, gets back to JFK at 8 pm tomorrow. And I'm sitting over here bemoaning this thing like I'm leaving for 10 days.
