Who Ramblings!
Sep. 27th, 2009 09:46 pmI met Doctor Who people!!!
This is very exciting for me as most of my peeps in NYC are Supernatural people. Not that there's anything wrong with that (besides the wincest.) If I have my way
jigglykat will be dragged further into the depths of Astoria for more SPN watching (heads up
memphis86 and
regala_electra.
Besides the rain, for which I'd like to thank NYC because my summer hasn't been wet enough, I got to attend DWNY for the first time. BIG thanks to
gina_r_snape for introducing me to all this. It was nice being around people who spoke my language, regardless of the fact that we watched the 8th Doctor movie and it really is as bad as I remember it. Although it improves upon viewing with a group. I'm sure it would improve more if I were drunk.
Do I really have to leave for the airport at 5 in the morning? REALLY? I stayed in New York for the weekend to have a social life and as much as I love going home it usually ends in me sitting on my bed with my cat watching TV and surfing the internet. My brother's girlfriend suggested that we go out and do something while I'm home and I think I made a bit of a fool of myself eagerly jumping ALL over that suggestion.
I love my cat but she's a poor substitute for human interaction.

Date: 2009-09-28 02:54 am (UTC)THERE SHOULD BE AN EIGHTH DOCTOR MOVIE DRINKING GAME. I'd say whenever there's a cheesy part, but you'd be drunk within five minutes.

Date: 2009-09-28 03:18 am (UTC)Alas, I won't be around on the 14th for the bar meet, but I'll try again next time (I'm definitely aiming for Nov 3rd)
The kitty is in Texas, lording over my family and making sure they worship here. She can be worshiped here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/elrina753/sets/72157607789331670/)
