My Landlord is a Weirdo

The landlord is here. AGAIN. I can hear him talking and walking around.

He showed up last night so I turned off the lights in the room and pretended I was not here. That did not stop him one bit. He knocked asked where the roomie was and upon being told she was off flying, came in, shut the door and sat down on the bed opposite me and proceeded to have a chat. With the lights completely off and me not able to see him.

It was weird and creepy and the next time I actually get corned into talking to him I'm telling him that if he does it again I'm moving.

He's here ALL the time. It's really annoying

Holy shit, that's totally inappropriate. SO SO SO not ok. I would have given him the fucking DEATH GLARE that would have BURNED through the darkness. You should just flat out tell him to leave.

He really has no sense of what is appropriate and whats not. Most everyone here is annoyed with him but there's not much we can do besides leave as I'm pretty sure the whole Crashpad thing isn't exactly something NYC looks fondly upon.

And trust me, I was glaring away. I was giving off all the signs of "Leave!"

There seem to be an awful lot of skeevy landlords in this area. Grrrr

I wish, but I'm pretty sure the whole Crashpad situation isn't looked fondly upon by the city and since no lease was actually signed...

Hopefully he'll get it in his head he can't do stuff like this.. eventually.

I really don't want to leave as I like the place, I like the people and I like the location. Too bad he's awful.

I think he's just nervous about his property and wanting to make sure that nothing is wrong with his tennants. It's less being pervy and more being socially unaware. It's still creepy though!
