Weird Doctor Who Fan is Weird

I kinda sorta made some impulse purchases today.

As in I finished off my Doctor Who DVD's. I had Series 1 and 4 so having those I bit the bullet and spent WAY too much money on Series 2 and 3 plus the two most recent Doctor Who Specials PLUS The first two seasons of The Big Bang Theory.

I figure that if I own the Doctor Who DVD's I'll be much more likely to finish the episodes I haven't seen. Those being.

Doomsday
Last of the Time Lords
The Doctor's Daughter
The Unicorn and the Wasp
Silence in the Library
Forest of the Dead
Midnight
Turn Left
The Stolen Earth
Journey's End
The Next Doctor
Planet of the Dead

I'm a neurotic fan. I didn't stop watching because I lost interest. I stopped watching because I was TOO interested.

I'm hoping to overcome this whole not watching thing although I think the upcoming switch over to Moffat and 11 might just BREAK me.

Also, I am sad because my source for Supernatural episodes seems to have stopped. IT MAKES ME WEEP.

I don't know! Although I do know that I'm probably not going to watch any Moffat eps until the first season is over and I know how it starts AND ends.

I can't wait for the specials, though I don't want Tennant's time to end. I like knowing I can share the heartache with others around me.

I have this whole thing where if I don't see it, it doesn't happen. My friends call it the Ostrich method of TV watching and it's happened to get me through many a show (Hi BtVS!)

You'll have to tell me what you think of 11, because I don't think I can handle it. I'll be a neurotic mess. *g*
