Picspam: Back in the Crash Pad
Mar. 15th, 2010 05:49 pmI'm back in NYC, already getting annoyed at certain roommates who think throwing a party is a good idea. I think they are misunderstanding the purpose of a crashpad: a place to rest for flights. It's not a place to party.
Anyhow, since the idea of crashpads is pretty foreign to those not in the aviation industry I've taken a few photos for reference. *g*
Plus, I really like seeing how other people live so I thought I'd return the favor.

The room with three people in it. There are four in there at the moment including me. Fortunately one is a pilot and hardly ever here. It's REALLY cramped with two people let alone four.

My bunk bed - or the Rina Cave. Using the same sheets and blankets I had in College. Makes it feel more dormish then it already does.

My blanket arrangement. I need some privacy sometimes, this is the only way to get it.

The luggage catastrophe. Getting through this room at night with all the lights off can be great fun.
